Getting paid out
Withdrawals move your commission balance to the wallet linked to your account. Any platform fee and the minimum are shown before you confirm.

What you are withdrawing
Your commission balance is the money you have earned in the network's coin: cash invite rewards from community projects, your share of the claiming fees your referral network paid, and the proceeds of any NFT you resold. It shows under Earnings, and the Withdrawals page moves it to a wallet you control.
Tokens are different. When you claim a season's tokens they are sent straight to your linked wallet; a claim is never approval-gated and never goes through this page.
Balances are kept per network. Money earned on the test network and money earned on the main network are separate balances and never combined, and each request draws from one of them.
Which wallet receives it
The payout goes to the Solana wallet linked to your account — the one you connected and signed under My Profile → Wallets, which proves you hold its key. You never type an address on the request. If you have no wallet linked, the request is refused until you link one.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Pick the balance and enter an amount, up to what is available. There is a minimum, shown on the sheet.
- The sheet shows the platform fee, its explanation and You'll receive before you confirm. You cannot submit until the fee has loaded.
- On submit the amount is reserved at once, so the same money cannot be requested twice. It leaves your available balance immediately.
The fee
The platform may charge a withdrawal fee, taken from the amount you requested — you receive the amount minus the fee. It can be a percentage with a cap, so it stops growing above a certain amount, and the platform can grant a number of free withdrawals each calendar month; the sheet tells you which applies to this request. The number shown is resolved from the same setting the payout is charged with, so it cannot differ from what is deducted.
What happens next
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting the project team's approval. Your balance is reserved for it. |
| In review | The project team escalated the request to the platform team. It stays reserved until they decide. |
| Approved | The payout is in flight on the network and settles once it confirms. |
| Paid | The funds are in your wallet. The transaction hash is on the request. |
| Payout failed | The payout could not be broadcast after several attempts and needs operator attention. |
| Rejected | The platform team declined it, with a reason. The amount is back in your balance and can be requested again. |
Who decides what: the project team can approve a request or report it to the platform team, but it can never reject one. The platform team approves or rejects anything, reported or not, and once a request has been reported only they can decide it. Confirmations on the network take a few minutes; keep the transaction hash if you need to evidence the payment.
Open a request
Each request has its own page: progress from Requested to Settled, the amount requested, the fee charged and the net paid, the destination wallet and the full transaction hash with an explorer link.
