Holder boards and Governance votes
Three platform boards open only to people who hold DappFactory's collectible. On Governance, DappFactory posts advisory votes and your NFT avatar's tier sets the weight of your ballot.

DappFactory picks one platform collection. Holding one of its collectibles opens three platform boards that everyone else sees locked: Research, Development and Governance. The lock panel on each says exactly what opens it, with a link to get one, and — while DappFactory holds some back as prizes — how to win one instead.
Research and Development
Once a collectible that counts is in a wallet linked to your account, both boards read and post like any other platform board. Without one, you can't read them, and a topic or a reply is refused. Whether a collectible bought second-hand counts follows DappFactory's holders rule, shown on the panel.
Governance
Governance is the board where DappFactory asks holders what it should do. Only DappFactory posts there: each post is a vote — a question, a short description, two to six options, and an opening and closing time. Every vote is advisory: it guides DappFactory's decision rather than deciding it, and DappFactory answers in the thread once it closes.
Your weight
A ballot is weighted by the tier of your NFT avatar — the collectible you set as your picture on My Profile. The board shows the points each tier carries, from Legendary down to Common, and your own weight at the top once you've set one. Holding a collectible without wearing it lets you read the board but not vote; the vote page tells you to set it as your avatar.
When a vote opens
The moment a vote opens, the voters are fixed: everyone whose NFT avatar was a counting collectible at that moment, with that tier's points. Changing your avatar afterwards, or setting one for the first time, doesn't change that vote — the page says "Holdings were fixed when this vote opened." Each collectible counts once per vote, even if it changes hands while the vote runs.
Voting
Pick an option and press Vote. You can change your mind until the vote closes; your points stay the same. The results show two things side by side for every option: the weighted points and the number of people. Once the vote closes, the page says which option led — on both measures, or on one of them when they disagree.
