Claiming your tokens

When a token project's season closes, its conversion rate is fixed and your points become claimable. Claiming converts them at that rate and sends the tokens to your wallet.

Points are a claim on the project's token allocation, not the token itself. Conversion happens once, at a rate the platform fixes when the season closes, and My Tokens is where you take it.

The rate

While a season is open, a project shows its published points per token — the most a point can be worth on that project. It is a ceiling, not a promise: the rate everyone actually converts at is worked out once, at close.

At close the platform freezes the rate as the smaller of two numbers:

  • the project's published maximum; and
  • the token allocation divided by every farmer's points on that season.

If the season was under-farmed — fewer points than the allocation covers at the maximum — the maximum holds and the leftover tokens stay in the pool. If it was over-farmed, everyone is scaled down by the same factor, so the pool always covers every claim and there is no race to claim first. A project can also decide, while the season is still open, to pay a percentage of that rate; whatever it decides is locked in at close.

Every farmer on the season converts at the same frozen rate, whenever they claim.

When claiming opens

Claiming opens automatically once the season closes and the rate is frozen. Until then My Tokens shows why the button is off — "Claiming opens when the farming season ends", or that the project's token is not on-chain yet.

Claiming stays open once it has begun; there is no cut-off after which your points are lost. One thing does move on: My Tokens shows the project's live season, so once the project starts its next season, that is the one on screen. Claim before the next season goes live.

A claim converts your whole points balance for that season in one go. If the balance is too small to make even one unit of the token at the frozen rate, the claim is refused with that reason.

What you need

  • A linked Solana wallet — the tokens are sent to your primary wallet. Without one, the claim is refused with "link a wallet to receive tokens".
  • Your wallet connected in the session if the project charges a fee, so you can approve the payment.

Fees

A token project can attach up to two fees to a claim: a claiming fee, and an optional additional project fee. Not every project charges either; the project page's claiming terms and the My Tokens sheet tell you what applies.

  • Fees are paid in the network coin, from your wallet, to the fee's deposit wallet — you approve the transfer in your wallet before the conversion runs.
  • The amount is shown before you confirm. The platform verifies the payment on-chain and only then converts your points.
  • Fees never take a cut of your points: you pay the fee in the network coin, and your full balance converts at the frozen rate.
  • Each fee is shared out per the project's commission — a platform share, a slice to the people who referred you, and the rest to the project. That is also how you earn when someone you referred claims (see Inviting other farmers).

A payment can back only one claim; the platform rejects a reused transaction.

After you claim

Your tokens are queued for payout and sent on-chain from the project's airdrop wallet. The claim card shows the status as it moves:

  • Queued for payout — the conversion is recorded; the transfer is next.
  • Sent — confirming — the transfer is on-chain and awaiting confirmation.
  • Received — done, with the transaction hash and an explorer link.

The Token Detail page keeps the receipt: points redeemed, tokens received, any fee paid, and the wallet the claim paid out to. Your Claims page adds what your referral network's claims have earned you.

If the button is off

The reason is always shown beneath it. The common ones:

  • "Claiming opens when the farming season ends" — the season is still open.
  • "The season conversion rate is not finalized yet" — the season has just ended; the platform freezes the rate shortly after, then the button opens.
  • "You have no points to claim on this project" — nothing earned on this season, or already claimed.
  • "Your points are too few to convert to tokens yet" — the balance rounds to zero tokens at the frozen rate.
  • A fee with no wallet configured — the project has not finished setting up its fee; contact the project owner.
