How farming works
Join a project, complete its tasks while the season is open, and earn points. On a token project those points convert to tokens when the season closes; on a community project they decide your rank.
Farming is straightforward: find a project, join it, complete its tasks while the season is open, and hold the points you earn until the season closes. This article walks through each step and what the platform checks along the way.
Signing in
You can sign in three ways, and they are peers — none is a fallback for another:
- Wallet — connect a Solana wallet and sign a message. No password is involved.
- Email and password — create an account with an email address, then confirm it from the link we send.
- Google, X or Discord — shown only when the platform has switched that provider on. Google and Discord give us an email address; X does not, so after an X sign-in you add an email in My Profile before you can earn.
You will need a verified email to earn and a Solana wallet to receive tokens. You can add either later, and you can browse and join projects in the meantime.
Verify your email first
Points and commission accrue only to an account with a verified email — it is how the platform keeps one person to one account. Until yours is verified:
- completing a task is refused;
- claiming a bonus is refused;
- an invite reward you would have earned waits, and any share of a fee you would have received is forfeited.
To verify, open My Profile, add your email if there is none, and open the link we send you. Use Resend link if it has not arrived. Once verified, the address is locked; changing it is a request the platform approves.

Joining a project
Browse the Projects directory and open one. Then either:
- paste an invite link or code — a farmer's referral link, an email invite, or the project's own link; or
- join directly, if the project is open and does not require an invite.
Joining through someone's link places you under them in that project's referral tree, permanently. Most farmer joins are immediate. If the project reviews joins, or if the invite grants an affiliate or influencer role, your request shows as Pending approval until the project accepts it.
Completing tasks
Open My Tasks and pick a project. Tasks are grouped as Available, Pending and Completed, with any platform tasks from DappFactory listed alongside the project's own. Each task is completable once.
- Tap the action — the platform opens in a new tab so you keep your place.
- Come back and complete it. What happens next depends on how the task is verified:
- Connected account — the platform checks the action itself through the social account you have linked in My Profile → Services. It must be connected first. - Profile confirmation or proof link — you paste your profile link (for a follow or like) or the link to the post you made; the project confirms it. - Project review — the points are credited on submission and the project reviews the completion afterwards. A completion that should not have been credited can be voided. - Custom task — the project's own app confirms you are an active user, matched by your email or wallet, so the task sits in Pending until that check clears.
- Paid tasks carry a fee you pay from your wallet before the points are credited. The amount is shown before you confirm.
You earn only while the season is open — not before it starts and not after it ends.

What your points become
Every task and bonus adds to your points balance for that project and season. What the balance is for depends on the project type:
| Project type | Your points become |
|---|---|
| Token launch | Tokens. When the season closes, every farmer converts at the same published rate and claims from My Tokens. Rank does not change your reward. |
| Community project | Rank. The leaderboard decides the funded prizes; everyone else keeps a participation keepsake. |
Bonus offers add points on top of tasks — see My Bonuses on the project. Some bonuses and tasks are paid; the fee is always shown before you confirm.
Featured on your dashboard
The featured rows on your dashboard — projects and NFT collections — are picked by DappFactory. Nobody pays to appear there, and a row with nothing picked is simply not shown. Paid placement shows up on the Projects page and in the NFT market, and is always labelled Sponsored.
Where to look next
- My Tokens shows what is claimable and your claim history — see Claiming your tokens.
- Notifications collects your points, bonuses and referral rewards across projects.
- Referrals gives you the link that earns you a share when the people you bring in pay fees.
