Bonus offers

A bonus offer is a reward farmers can claim again and again on one project, paid in points from a budget you fund separately from the tasks.

What a bonus offer is

A bonus offer is a reward you set up on one project. Farmers see it under My Bonuses and claim it for points. Offers are recurring: a farmer can claim the same offer again once its cooldown has passed.

Bonus points join the farmer's points balance for that project, alongside the points they earn from tasks. A farmer whose email is not yet verified cannot claim until it is.

Reward and cooldown

Reward is the number of points a farmer receives on each claim.

Cooldown is the wait, in minutes, before that farmer can claim the same offer again. It is counted per farmer and per offer:

• claiming one offer does not put your other offers on cooldown;
• one farmer claiming does not affect any other farmer.

A cooldown of 0 lets a farmer claim again straight away. The budget, not the cooldown, is what ultimately caps an offer.

Audience

Audience decides who can see and claim the offer: Everyone, or only Farmers, Influencers or Affiliates — matched against the farmer's role on this project.

Free and paid offers

An offer with no commission is free.

Attach a commission and the offer is paid: on each claim the farmer pays the commission's fee, in the network coin, before the points are credited. The payment is verified on-chain. The commission's formula then splits that fee between the platform, your affiliate network and you.

Only active commissions for the Bonus resource can be attached.

The bonus budget

Each project has its own bonus budget, in points. Fund it from Bonus Offers → Fund budget; funding is append-only, and you can top it up at any time. The budget is per project, so the all-projects view shows no balance and no fund action — pick a project first.

Each claim takes the offer's reward from the budget. An offer the remaining budget can no longer pay is hidden from farmers until you add more. To see how long a budget lasts, divide it by the reward: a 150,000-point budget covers about 300 claims at 500 points each.

Editing and pausing

You can change an offer's name, description, instruction, reward, cooldown, audience, tag, commission and artwork at any time. Points already claimed stay with the farmer.

An offer cannot move to another project after it is created.

To stop an offer, deactivate it. Offers are never deleted, so the bonuses farmers have already claimed are kept.

Tag

Tag — Active, Stale or Backlog — is a label for your team. It does not change who can see or claim the offer.
