Invite links
One durable link per project, per role. Anyone who joins through it arrives as the farmer, affiliate or influencer the link was minted for.

Minting a link
On Recruitment, pick the project and the role the newcomer should have — Farmer, Affiliate or Influencer — and the console shows a link of the form /i/<code> on the farmer site. Copy it and share it on your website, in a newsletter, in a group or wherever your audience is.
The same section sits at the top of the Influencers page (influencer links) and the Farmers page (farmer or affiliate links).
A link is minted once and reused: asking for the same project and role again returns the same code, so a link you shared last month still works. Each admin on your team gets their own code for a given project and role; they all do the same thing.
What the role on the link does
The role decides where the person lands. A link minted for influencer makes everyone who joins through it an influencer on that project — there is no separate promotion step. The role is bound to the code on the server when the link is minted and is never read from the URL, so nobody can change a farmer link into an affiliate or influencer one.
Only an admin of your business unit can mint affiliate and influencer links, and only for your own projects. A member's personal link always onboards farmers.
Who gets in straight away
Arriving with the right role is not the same as being admitted:
- Someone joining as an affiliate or influencer always waits for your approval under Join requests, whatever the project's settings. Earning from a downline is a decision, not a default.
- Someone joining as a farmer is a member the moment they accept, unless the project's Auto-approve farmers switch is off, in which case they wait under Join requests too.
Auto-approve is set on the project's detail page, not on the link.
What the link reveals
The URL itself is an opaque code — nothing about the project, the role or you can be read from it. Once someone opens it, the landing page shows the project's public facts: its name and logo, how many farmers it has, how many tasks are open, the current season's funded prize on a community project, the invite reward terms if you pay one, and the claiming terms. All of this is already visible on the project directory.
The landing also tells the visitor which role they will join as and, for an affiliate or influencer link, that the join is subject to your approval.

Durable, no expiry, no use limit
An official link never expires and has no cap on how many people can use it. Every join through it is counted, and the count is a statistic, not a limit. The console has no control to retire an official link, so treat the code as something you are happy to keep in circulation.
Someone who is already a member of the project and opens another of its links stays where they are: their first placement stands.
Your link and members' links
Your official link places the newcomer at the top of the referral tree with no inviter. Fees they later pay are shared according to your commission's formula, but no member sits above them to earn from them.
Members' personal links are made by members themselves from the farmer app: a durable personal code under Referrals, and single-use codes sent by email from My Invites. A person who joins through one is placed under that member, which is what referral commission and the invite reward pay on. Those links are not managed here.
Joining without a link
By default a project is invite only: without a valid code, nobody can join. If you set Who can join to Anyone (code optional) on the project's detail page, people can join as farmers with no code at all. You also choose who such a join is credited to — your team, or the top-ranked influencer on the current season's leaderboard at the moment they join. A code, when someone has one, always wins over that fallback.
