Settings and notifications

Settings holds what belongs to the business unit as a whole: its wallets, the emails your team receives and the signing secret for custom tasks.

Settings is the business unit's own page. What you change here applies to everyone on the team, and only owners and admins can change it. Anything about you personally — your name, password, sessions — lives in My Profile instead.

Receiving wallets

The first card holds the business unit's Default payout wallet. A revenue withdrawal is paid to the project's wallet when it has one, otherwise the organisation's, otherwise this one — so it is the wallet that catches everything not set elsewhere. Project and organisation wallets are set on their own pages.

Connect the wallet and sign to prove you control it; an address is never typed in. The wallets you need explains every layer. Treasury wallets, for treasury trades, are not set here: they are on the organisation's page in Organisations and on the project page.

Connected wallets

The second card holds the wallets that sign: the Fee payer the platform charges your business unit from and prize vaults are funded from, an Ads spending wallet, and your own Personal wallet. Each is connected and signed for in the same way, and each can be disconnected.

Email notifications

The Notifications card decides what your team is emailed about. Four categories exist, and all are on until you switch one off:

CategoryWhen it is sent
Withdrawal decisionsAs soon as the platform approves or rejects a revenue withdrawal — with the reason when rejected.
Claim activityA daily digest of farmer token claims across your projects, on days when there were any.
Season milestonesWhen a farming season opens or ends.
Weekly revenue summaryYour fee income for the week, one email per chain.

Emails go to every seat on the team that has an email address — the owner, admins and accepted members alike; pending invitees are not included. The toggles are business-unit-wide: muting a category mutes it for everyone, not only you.

In-app alerts

📷 Screenshot placeholder — the Alerts page, Needs action tab.

The bell in the header and the Alerts page show the same feed, built live from your business unit's records:

  • revenue withdrawals the platform has approved or declined;
  • commission withdrawals awaiting your approval;
  • organisation verification outcomes;
  • new members joining your projects;
  • moderation notices on your NFT collection;
  • a subscription that expired or was cancelled.

Filter by All, Unread or Needs action, or by category. Read state is remembered in the browser you are using, so another device starts fresh. Email is the only other channel — the categories above are what reach your inbox.

Custom task signing secret

Custom tasks are verified by calling your own endpoint, and the call is signed with a secret so your endpoint can check it came from the platform. The secret is created the first time it is needed — by your first custom task, or the first time you reveal it. Reveal shows the current one; Rotate replaces it and invalidates the old one at once, so update your endpoint before the next verification call.

API keys and closing the business unit from the console are shown on the page but disabled — neither can be done here today.
