When the console is locked
In three situations the console shows a notice in place of every page: a suspended business unit, an unverified email, or no active plan. Nothing you built is deleted, and each notice says what unlocks it.

The three walls
Each time the console loads it runs three checks, in this order. The first one that fails replaces every page with a notice; the navigation stays visible but leads nowhere until the notice clears.
| Notice | What still runs | What is blocked | What unlocks it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business unit suspended | Your projects and their on-chain state are untouched; the platform team can still see everything | Every console action — reads as well as writes | The platform team lifting the suspension |
| Email not verified | Nothing in the console until the address is confirmed | The whole console | Opening the link in the verification email |
| No active plan | Your projects keep running; nothing on the farmer side reads your subscription | The whole console until a plan is chosen | Choosing a plan — Free included |
Business unit suspended
The platform team can suspend a business unit. The console shows Account suspended with the reason, if one was given, and a Sign out button. Behind it, the server refuses every request made on the business unit's behalf — reads included — so there is nothing to do in the console until it is reinstated. Suspension is reversible: a reinstated business unit comes straight back with everything as it was. Contact the platform team to resolve it.
Email not verified
An account created with an email and password must confirm the address before the console opens. The notice names the address the link was sent to, has I've verified — continue for when you have opened it, and Resend verification email if it never arrived. The link is valid for 24 hours; after that, resend. Accounts that sign in with a wallet have no email address on file and are never asked for this.
No active plan
The console opens only for a business unit with an active subscription — Free counts, but it has to be chosen. You see Choose your plan: the same plan cards as the Plans page, and every choice, Free included, goes through Stripe's checkout (Free takes no card). This is the first thing a new account sees, and it comes back in two cases:
- a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period;
- a payment fails and the subscription expires — a Subscription expired alert appears as well.
Choosing a plan restores everything immediately. If you have just paid and the notice lingers, wait a few seconds: the console is waiting for Stripe's confirmation and offers Check again if it takes longer than usual.

A feature switched off by the platform
The platform can switch a single feature off for every business unit at once — for a security lock-down, or to run a controlled test. When it does:
- the feature's item disappears from the side menu;
- opening it by URL shows This feature is unavailable — "temporarily turned off by the platform, please check back later";
- the server refuses the feature's requests, so nothing is possible through another route.
Everything the feature holds is kept and comes back the moment it is switched on again. Five surfaces can never be switched off — Dashboard, My Profile, Settings, My Subscription and Plans — so you always keep access to your account and billing. Everything else in the menu can be: projects, raises, tasks, entries, bonuses and bonus offers, farmers, influencers, recruitment, join requests, claims, earnings, withdrawals, withdraw revenue, recovered liquidity, revenues, fees, commissions, organisations, team, forum, social feed, NFTs, promotions and promo performance, refer and earn, and alerts.
The farmer app has its own set of switches. A farmer feature being off does not lock your console, but it pauses what farmers can do there — tasks, bonuses or claims, for example — until it returns.
A suspended organisation
Different from a suspended business unit: the platform can suspend one organisation. Its projects lock platform-wide — farmers cannot join, farm or claim on them — and you cannot create or launch projects, or withdraw revenue, for that organisation. The request tells you so: "This organisation is suspended — its projects are locked until the ban is lifted." You keep your login, and your other organisations carry on as normal. Lifting the suspension restores access.
