Your business unit
Your organisation, verification, your plan and the alerts that reach you.
- Creating an organisation — An organisation is the legal entity behind your projects. Every project belongs to one, so it is the first thing to set up — and the whole business profile is needed before it can be saved.
- Getting verified — Verification is a document review by the platform team. It is what lets your organisation be named as a promoter, and what unlocks withdrawing revenue and the project types that need a verified business.
- Plans and what they change — Your plan sets the platform's share of the fees you charge, how much you can build, and whether you can launch before your organisation is verified. Rates and limits are shown on the Plans page.
- When the console is locked — In three situations the console shows a notice in place of every page: a suspended business unit, an unverified email, or no active plan. Nothing you built is deleted, and each notice says what unlocks it.
- Alerts — One page for everything waiting on you — withdrawal decisions, verification outcomes, new members, billing lapses and moderation notices — and the emails your team receives.
