Alerts

One page for everything waiting on you — withdrawal decisions, verification outcomes, new members, billing lapses and moderation notices — and the emails your team receives.

The bell and the page

The bell in the header shows how many alerts have arrived since you last looked, refreshing every minute; opening the Alerts page or pressing Mark all read clears it. Alerts are assembled live from your records — withdrawals, organisations, members, subscriptions — so there is nothing to file or delete; the page shows the most recent forty. Because there is no stored inbox, read and unread are remembered in this browser, not on the server: another device starts with its own count.

New member joined names the person and the project symbol, and says whether they joined as a farmer, an influencer or an affiliate. NFT moderation covers a collection banned or unbanned, a listing frozen or unfrozen, an item hidden or unhidden, and the decision on an appeal; the title matches the email subject so the two never disagree.

Finding what matters

  • All, Unread and Needs action switch between every alert, the ones you have not seen, and the ones waiting on you.
  • The category filter narrows the list to one area. Six categories are offered; Seasons and Community are reserved for alerts that do not exist yet, so they are empty today.
  • Today and Earlier this week group the list by when each alert arrived.
  • Each row can be marked read or unread, and carries View where there is somewhere to go.
  • Needs your attention, in the side panel, is a shortcut list of the actionable ones; By category counts the rest.

The Delivery card on this page is illustrative only. Email is the one channel, and it is controlled from Preferences, which opens Settings → Notifications.

Emails to your team

Four kinds of email are sent, all on by default. Each can be turned off under Settings → Notifications; the setting belongs to the business unit, so it applies to everyone on the team.

  • Withdrawal decisions — the moment the platform team approves or declines a revenue withdrawal. A declined one carries the reason.
  • Claim activity — a daily digest of farmer token claims across your projects, per project symbol. No claims, no email.
  • Season milestones — when a farming season opens, and when it ends and points are being finalised.
  • Weekly revenue summary — your fee income for the past seven days, one email per network. Devnet and mainnet are always separate emails, never one summed figure.

Emails go to every member of your team who has an email address on their account — the owner, admins and seats. Pending invitations do not receive them.

One kind cannot be turned off: an email about a moderation change on one of your NFT collections, or the decision on your appeal. A business unit must always hear about a restriction on its own collection.
