Selling collectibles in drops
A drop is a numbered run of collectibles (#1 to #N) that farmers buy directly. Drops have their own templates, kept apart from the collectible templates behind prizes and participation, so a bought item never reads as earned.

Drop templates
Go to NFT → Collectible templates → Drop templates. Add and name the layers, fill the trait spots with transparent PNGs, or import a zip with a manifest.json. Publish the template when every layer is filled; a draft can't be used for a drop.
Publishing a drop
- Supply sets how many items there are, numbered #1 to #N. It can't change once the drop opens.
- Price is what a farmer pays per item, in SOL, up to the platform cap.
- Opens and closes schedule the drop. Leave the closing date empty to stay open until it sells out.
- Reserved numbers hold items back for your team or giveaways, up to the platform's team cap. Write them as 1, 7, 100-104.
- Royalty is your share of every resale, up to the royalty ceiling.
- Who can buy, under Rarity pricing once Price by rarity is on, opens the drop to holders of a collectible first (until a date you set) or to holders only. What opens it is a holder key — your templates or collections, or DappFactory's; the check runs when a farmer holds a number and again at mint, and the setting is fixed once the drop opens. See Holder keys: what holding opens.
Each item's artwork is composed from the template when it is minted, so the number is only a label and nobody sees an item's traits before it exists. Every drop item carries a Drop badge, so what was bought never reads as what was earned.
What you earn
DappFactory keeps a share of your price on each mint, set by the platform; you get the rest, credited to your earning balance the moment a farmer's payment is verified. The farmer pays a small platform fee, the storage and the chain's mint cost on top, so those never come out of your price. On every resale you get your royalty, and DappFactory charges its resale trading fee separately. The publish form and the drop's Fees & prices card show the exact split.
Your drops, after publishing
The Drops tab lists every drop with its progress, revenue and dates. While a drop is scheduled you can edit or cancel it; once it opens you can close it early or end it. A minted number shows its artwork on the grid; open numbers stay blank; reserved ones are marked.
If DappFactory steps in
DappFactory can hide a drop or freeze its minting if it breaks the platform rules. The drop page shows the reason. Fix the problem and reply from Alerts.
