Adding project media
Project media shows farmers what a project is about, with images, audio and video of the real thing it represents. Add it from the Project media card on the project page.
Farmers read the project page before they join. The Project media card is where you show them the thing itself — the track, the product, the venue, the artwork — rather than describe it. Media is descriptive only and confers no rights to what it shows.
Team members with admin access manage it from the Project media card on the project page.

Adding a file
Pick Add image, Add audio or Add video and choose a file. Accepted formats:
| Kind | Formats |
|---|---|
| Image | PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF |
| Audio | MP3, AAC, OGG, WAV, M4A |
| Video | MP4, WebM, MOV |
The file uploads in one go through the platform to its storage, and the item appears on the card as soon as it lands. It goes to the end of the list; move it afterwards if you want it higher.
Limits
Three limits apply, and the card shows them:
- A size limit per kind. Images, audio and video each have their own cap, set by the platform and shown under the buttons. A file over the cap is refused before it uploads.
- A storage quota. Some plans cap the total size of a project's media. When yours does, the card shows how much is used; an upload that would exceed it is refused.
- A maximum number of items per project, set by the platform and shown in the card header as used / maximum.
Order, titles and captions
Farmers see items in the order on the card. Move up and Move down change it one step at a time.
Edit gives an item a title — a track name, the product's name, a room — and a caption beneath it. Both are optional; an item without a title shows as Untitled image, Untitled audio or Untitled video. The card also shows each item's size, and a duration for audio and video where one was read from the file.

Deleting
Delete removes the item and its file from storage. There is no undo; upload it again if you change your mind.
Hidden items
The platform's moderators can hide an item they have a concern about. A hidden item stays on your card with a Hidden badge so you can see what happened, but farmers do not see it. Farmers only ever see items that are active.
Where farmers see it
Media appears on the project's page in the farmer app, in the order you set.
