How the raise supply split works
The split decides three things at once: what contributors share, what seeds the pool, and what you keep. The three must total 100%, and the price is whatever the raise settles at.

What a raise is
A raise sells a share of your token's supply for SOL over a fixed window. There is no price per token up front: contributors send SOL, and at close each one's share of the sale tranche is in proportion to what they put in. The price is whatever the raise settled at — the market sets the number, not you.
Contributions are held in a platform-controlled escrow for the duration, verified on-chain one by one, and either distributed or refunded at close. A raise can be created only on a verified organisation, on an active paid plan; a suspended organisation is refused. Where the platform has dev mode on, you choose the network at creation — devnet to rehearse, mainnet for real money — and it never changes.
The three tranches
Your total supply — set by the platform for raises, not typed — is divided into three tranches, in whole percentages that must add up to 100%. The platform sets the bounds each may fall within, and the form shows them.
- Sale — sold pro rata to contributors. It is this share that sets the price the raise settles at.
- Liquidity — seeds the trading pool at settlement. The SOL that seeds the pool is not a setting: it follows from this share. Liquidity cannot exceed Sale, because the seed would exceed what the raise collected.
- Reserve — yours, kept back. At settlement it goes to your project's payout wallet, or failing that your organisation's payout wallet, or the wallet of the member who created the project — verified wallets only. With none of those it is held in the treasury.

Worked at the floor
An illustration, with the supply the platform happened to set at one billion tokens and a 50 / 25 / 25 split. The raise closes at its 100 SOL floor:
raised 100 SOL
sale tokens 500,000,000
settled price 0.0000002 SOL per token
pool seed 50 SOL (raised × liquidity ÷ sale)
remainder 50 SOL (split with the platform on the published share)
Raise 200 SOL instead and the settled price and the pool seed both double: the seed always tracks what was raised.
Floor, cap, window and the smallest contribution
- Minimum raise is the floor. Below it at close, every contributor is refunded in full.
- Maximum raise is optional. Contributions stop at the cap; one that would cross it is refused rather than partly filled.
- Window is how long contributions stay open, in hours, within the platform's minimum and maximum.
- The platform also sets the smallest contribution it will accept, so the crowd can never cost more to settle than it brings in.
Opening the raise
The project is created as a draft. Open it from the project page when you are ready: the window you chose is prefilled, you confirm it, and the clock starts then. At that moment the platform's share of the proceeds, and who pays the settlement's on-chain cost, are fixed for this raise.
When that cost falls to you, a floor too small to cover the estimated cost of settling is refused at open, with the number — raise the minimum and open again. Once contributors have paid in, the only remedy left would be for the platform to absorb it.
Settlement
When the window closes:
- At or above the floor — each contributor's token entitlement is their share of the sale tranche, rounded down, and it is sent straight to their wallet: there is no claim step and no claiming fee. The liquidity tranche and its SOL seed the pool at the settled price. The remaining SOL is split between you and the platform on the published share, and when you pay the launch cost the platform's actual measured on-chain spend comes out of your share — never more than your share holds. Trading fees on a raise pool go to the platform.
- Below the floor — every contribution is refunded in full. Nothing is kept and nothing is owed.
What is permanent
The supply split, the floor, the cap, the supply and the network are fixed at creation; the window is fixed when you open. Description, media and the project page copy remain yours to edit.
