Why revenue can be locked
On some plans a project can launch before its organisation is verified. Revenue accrues normally — withdrawal is the part that waits for KYC.

The soft landing
Every project belongs to an organisation, and normally an organisation must be verified before it can house a project. Some plans defer that: with an active subscription on such a plan you can create a token launch or a community campaign on an organisation that is still pending, and start farming at once. On the Free plan, or without an active subscription, verification comes first.
Two project types never defer. A raise and an NFT collection need a verified organisation before they can be created, whatever the plan.
What keeps working
Nothing about the project waits for verification. Farmers join, complete tasks and claim bonuses; the season runs, freezes and opens claiming; every fee is charged, verified on-chain and split as usual. Your part of each charge lands in your revenue balance, attributed to the project, and shows under Revenues like any other income.
What waits: withdrawal
The one thing the platform holds back is the cash-out. A withdrawal request for a project whose organisation is not yet verified is refused with a message that says so, and the same check runs again when the platform team comes to approve, so a request made just before verification was withdrawn is not paid until it clears.
An organisation-scoped request draws on that organisation's projects, so it is blocked if any project it would draw from has this hold on it.
Instant launches are exempt. Their token is tradable from the start and its distribution never passes through the platform, so there is nothing for the platform to hold; they carry no fees either.
Getting verified
Verification looks at the company and three people: the major share owner, the legal representative and the applicant. From the organisation's page, upload the owner's and the applicant's photo ID and proof of address plus one company document, then press Submit for verification. The platform team reviews it and the organisation becomes verified, or rejected with a reason you can act on — fix what was named and submit again.
If you later change something verification relied on — the registered name or number, the address, the owner, representative or applicant — the organisation returns to pending and is reviewed again, and the hold on withdrawals returns with it until the review clears.

A suspended organisation
Verification is not the only thing that can lock revenue. If the platform team suspends an organisation, its projects are locked platform-wide: farmers cannot join, farm or claim on them, and you cannot create or launch projects under it or withdraw its revenue. Your login and your other organisations are unaffected, and lifting the suspension restores everything.
Where a payout goes, once it can
A withdrawal never asks for an address. It pays the wallet set for the scope the revenue belongs to, in a fixed order — the project's payout wallet, else the organisation's, else your business unit's default — and only a wallet you have connected and signed from counts. The full picture, including the fee and the approval, is in Revenue and getting paid.
