Money
Fees, commissions, revenue, payouts and verification holds.
- Seasons, rates and claiming — A season is the window in which points are earned. Claiming is when they become tokens — and the rate between the two is the number your community will judge you on.
- Setting a fee — A fee names what it is charged on, and that binding is permanent — commissions attach to it.
- How commission is shared — A commission has no money of its own. It divides the pool a fee sets aside, across six cells over two pathways.
- Why revenue can be locked — On some plans a project can launch before its organisation is verified. Revenue accrues normally — withdrawal is the part that waits for KYC.
- Revenue and getting paid — Revenue accrues per project and per organisation. Getting it out is a request the platform team approves, paid to a wallet you have proved you control.
- Recovered liquidity — When your token's pool was locked on a vesting schedule, the liquidity that vests out is claimed back for you as project tokens. This page shows what has come back and lets you withdraw it.
- Using a discount code — A code is entered on the Plans page before checkout. It applies to the plan and billing it was issued for, and the page shows what you will pay before you confirm.
